75X Privacy Policy

The short version

• You never create an account, and we never see your name or email.
• Everything the app stores — your challenge progress, workout results, photos, and routes — lives on your device. Your challenge also backs up privately through your own iCloud, which we cannot read; photos never leave your phone.
• The camera verifies your reps in real time, on the device. It records nothing and uploads nothing.
• We collect anonymous usage statistics that cannot identify you — which screens get used, where people give up — to make the app better. No ads, ever.
• Purchases run through Apple. We never see your payment details.
• Delete the app and its data goes with it.

What the app stores on your device

To run your 75-day challenge, 75X keeps the following in the app's private storage on your iPhone:

• Your challenge setup: the plan level you chose, your start date, and your baseline and final max-test results.
• Your daily logs: which pillars (workout, water, steps, eat clean) you completed each day, and your workout results.
• Your preferences, such as notification settings and units.

None of this is ever transmitted to us. It lives on your device and syncs privately through your personal iCloud (Apple's CloudKit), so a new iPhone picks your challenge right back up — encrypted, inside your own Apple account, where we have no access. Progress photos are the exception: they never sync and never leave your phone.

Camera

During a verified workout, 75X uses your iPhone's camera with Apple's on-device body-pose technology to count your reps and time your holds. The video feed is analyzed live, frame by frame, entirely on your device.

• No video or photos are recorded during verification.
• Nothing from the camera is stored or leaves your phone.
• The camera runs only while you are doing a workout, and you can also log workouts manually without it.

Health data (Apple Health)

With your permission, 75X reads your daily step count from Apple Health to track the steps pillar. This data:

• is read on your device and stays on your device;
• is never sent to us or any third party;
• is never used for advertising, marketing, or any purpose other than showing your progress in the app.

You can revoke this access at any time in the iPhone Settings app under Privacy & Security → Health.

Location (runs)

If you choose to record a run, 75X uses your location to map your route while the session is active. Your routes are stored on your device and synced only through your personal iCloud — never to us. If you share a run, the share image shows the shape of your route — never a street map, addresses, or place names.

Progress photos

Progress photos are optional. If you take them, they are stored in the app's private storage on your device, protected by your iPhone's built-in encryption. They are never uploaded, they do not appear in your photo library, and only you can see them. Photos you explicitly share or save leave the app only through the iOS share sheet, at your direction.

Notifications

Reminders are optional and scheduled locally on your device. We do not run a push-notification server and cannot send you anything remotely.

Sharing

Share cards (your day, a workout, a run, your finale) are images generated on your device. Where they go is entirely up to you, through the standard iOS share sheet. We never see or receive what you share.

Anonymous usage analytics

75X sends a small stream of anonymous events to PostHog, our analytics provider, so we can see where the app works and where it loses people — things like “the paywall was viewed” or “a workout was completed.” These events carry a random identifier generated on your device, plus basics like your device model, iOS version, and app version.

• They never include your name (the name you type during onboarding stays on your phone), your health data, your photos, your routes or location, or anything from the camera.
• They are not used for advertising, are never sold, and are not used to track you across other apps or websites.
• PostHog stores this data in the United States.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases in 75X are processed by Apple through the App Store — we never see your card or billing details. To know whether your subscription is active, 75X uses RevenueCat, a subscription-management service: it receives your App Store purchase receipt along with the same kind of random, anonymous identifier, and tells the app that this device has an active subscription. Apple's handling of your purchase information is governed by Apple's privacy policy, and RevenueCat's by theirs.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app deletes the copy on your device. To remove the private iCloud backup too, go to iPhone Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → 75X → Delete Data. The anonymous analytics events we hold cannot be traced back to you — there is no account or identity to look up — which also means there is nothing personal for us to retrieve or delete on request.

Children's privacy

75X is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children — the usage data we collect is anonymous by design.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will also be called out in the app.
